SCF Finance LLC provides lending services.
The Company does not provide services to consumers of financial services (as defined under the Law of Ukraine “On Financial Services and Financial Companies”).

Lending is provided on the basis of a contract. The interest rate, its type, and repayment terms are determined by the agreement, depending on credit risk, collateral provided, duration of use, market conditions, the NBU base rate, and other factors applicable on the contract date.

The indicative interest rate ranges between 15% and 30% and is determined individually for each agreement.

The Company is not subject to bankruptcy, liquidation, or rehabilitation proceedings.

The National Bank of Ukraine is authorised to protect the rights of financial services consumers and regulates the conduct of banks and non-bank financial institutions towards their clients.
